24^th-26th March 2024 - Bump in for sculptures between 10.00am and 5.00pm. Please ring Marian Rennie with an approximate time of arrival and any special requirements ie forklift, etc.

28th March 2024 - Opening Night Cocktail Party from 5pm to 8pm (free entry for exhibitors, partner and up to 3 guests; $30pp for public)

29^th March 2024 - Exhibition/show opens from 10.00am to 5.00pm to the general public.

From 29^th March 2024 - Workshops – to be advised.

2^nd April 2024 - End of Easter. Gardens and Gallery will remain open to general public during weekdays; cafe/restaurant will be open each weekend and Anzac Days, 25th-28^th April 2024

25^thApril 2024 10.00am to 5.00pm - Exhibition/show with operating café/restaurant and events re-open to the general public

27^th April 2024 - Set up marquees for Anzac Saturday Trading from 8.00am to 9.30am; at other times by prior arrangement with Marian Rennie

27^th April 2024 Anzac Saturday Concert – artist’s bump in from 8.00am; concert begins at 1pm

28^th April 2024 - Closing date for the exhibition

30^th April – 3^rd May 2024 - Bump out from 10.00am-5.00pm; at other times and/or special requirements by prior arrangement with Marian Rennie

28^th May 2024 - All sales payments to artists will be completed.
